Unfolding Secrets 2025

Unfolding Secrets is a continuation of the project The Intelligent Matter – an exploration of the inherent intelligence of materials as manifested visually.

This is not merely an image, but a state of being. The expression emerges from the internal forces of ink, ecoline, and water – three elements moving in a dreamlike state, a trance. They meet in a fleeting moment and drift apart in the next. It is a dance, rhythmic yet unpredictable, where each movement seems both intentional and accidental.

The constant flow of motion is guided by the topography of the paper and the inevitable pull of gravity. The earth holds on to matter – always offering a powerful embrace, as if trying to bind the world down to earth.

But the matter is wild and playful. It twists, slips away, refuses to be captured. It resists being tamed; it is ineffable – unspeakable – a visual language that defies translation into words, even as I desperately try to understand it without reducing the phenomenon to physical laws.
